FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept checks for payment?
To simplify billing and keep our focus on on providing the best experience for our families, we no longer accept paper checks. Electronic payments are faster, more secure and help us avoid errors or delays. There is a small fee for credit card processing and a smaller fee for ACH withdrawals.
Billing Policy
Monthly dues are charged on the 1st of each month. All members must have a credit card or ACH set up on their account. A $10 late fee will be charged for balances on the 10th of each month. There are no pro-rated months for breaks and holidays. Facility rental and payroll costs are spread out to make even monthly payments throughout the year for our families.
Cancelation Policy
You must fill out the 30-Day Notice of Cancelation form in order to cancel a swimmer's membership with SUSA. Billing will continue until the month following submission of the form.
Alternately, you may place your swimmer's membership on HOLD for up to two months by filling out this HOLD Request Form. This reserves your swimmer's place in their training group. HOLD membership works by placing a credit on your account to off-set the automatic billing for the time your swimmer is on hold.
